My advice to you all is this: instead of fixating on the numbers, focus on finding a job that gives you the opportunity to learn and grow. A job that will help you build your skills and develop your unique capabilities. Trust me, the dream package will come to you eventually.

It’s easy to get distracted by the big numbers, but true success comes from recognizing your own abilities and nurturing them to their fullest potential. Keep working hard, stay dedicated, and never stop learning. The rest will fall into place.
